FRANCE VS HONDURAS

A young France side are looking to redeem themselves after the country’s embarrassing exit from the 2010 World Cup.

France havent won a worldcup after winning the tournament on home soil sixteen years ago, France have been a mixture of the sublime and the simply awful. They failed to make it out of the group stages in 2002 and 2010, but lost in the final to Italy in 2006

Franck Ribery  one of the top players in the world  was unable to regain fitness for the tournament. Franck Ribery’s absence is a huge blow to France.Without him , France will have to look up on  Karim Benzema to drive the attack, while. Absence of Ribery could give electrifying  Anoine Griezmann a chance to prove himself.

Honduras  will certainly be more at home with the climate, which bring to the field a  more emotional and physical strength . Like  they did with Spain and Chilein a pair of games last time arround they will be looking to make game similarly difficult for France.This  time  France are turning over  some of promising young players  out onto the world stage. The most well-known is midfielder Paul Pogba, with hisoutstanding performances in club matches.Pogba  will likely partner with defender Mamadou Sakho, also making his first appearance in the World Cup.
